- **I ship LLM systems that pass regulated scrutiny.** At Delphyr I build a clinical AI platform used in hospital and GP workflows. I led envelope encryption of patient data, pentest-driven hardening, and PHI-safe tracing.
- **I make model quality measurable.** I built release gating on eval regressions and cut the eval suite runtime from 55 to 25 minutes. Every release runs evals and integration tests before it deploys.
